Starting off bright and dry but winds quickly increasing and the rain moving in from the West, it will be late afternoon or early evening before it arrives in the East. It will be an evening for the sofa though! Sunday will be a much better day, still very windy but a mix of sunny spells and showers with areas in the East possibly escaping most.
