The radar of south-east Australia this morning shows showers and thunderstorms for many areas. A cold front crossed parts of southern South Australia before dawn this morning, producing storms and damaging wind gusts. A line of heavy showers and severe thunderstorms then moved across the Adelaide area and the Mount Lofty Ranges early this morning, bringing further strong to damaging wind gusts. Some of the top wind gusts observed include: • 106 km/hr at Outer Harbour, SA • 96 km/hr at Adelaide A

During Tuesday, widespread storms developed across northern parts of Australia, the interior of Western Australia, and throughout central and north-west Queensland. Storms were particularly active across the interior of Queensland, producing 10-30 mm rainfall, and continued well into Tuesday evening, eventually easing back in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Some locally high falls were recorded through Queensland's interior. In the 24 hours to 9am Wednesday AEST, rainfall totals included 7
