For example: • Back Day 1: 3 exercises • Back Day 2: 3 different exercises Or alternate them however you like. The goal is to hit your back from different angles over the week, not cram everything into one workout. If you’re a beginner, even 2-4 solid back exercises with good form and progressive overload is more
