The reason I see most people struggle with them is that they give them a lot of light (great!!) but not enough water (not great). Everyone is so afraid of overwatering them because they’re succulents, and like to be dry, right? Not entirely. These are special succulents… crawling succulents. Their strings grow very fine root

There are a couple of ways to propagate string of pearls. In this video I will demonstrate water propagation: ➡️Cut off one of the strings ➡️Remove the bottom few pearls. Roots will grow from the nodes (where each of the pearls was) ➡️Put in water. SOP propagate VERY quickly, you will get roots in only a few days Same rules apply as for any propagation: ➡️Take only healthy cuttings ➡️Provide bright indirect light. More light speeds up propagation and increases success rate ➡️Replace water weekly
