Storm Ingrid in Dawlish as it hit the South Devon coast. This footage shows violent Storm Ingrid and Atlantic waves crashing over the famous Dawlish sea wall, with mainline trains continuing along Brunel’s coastal railway as sheets of water slam into the carriages. Several wave impacts were so forceful that sea spray reached our live cameras mounted on top of the three-storey Sea Breeze Café, giving a rare perspective on just how extreme conditions became during storm Ingrid. #StormIngrid #storm
