Hiking in Zermatt will get you up close and personal with Matterhorn so planning out the trip around good weather is ideal. Matterhorn Glacier Trail is a must if you want to see Matterhorn. You can hike up or down, but proper footwear is needed as there is a section of scrambling. It’s not too long of a hike, but there is an elevation gain so keep that in mind for attire. You’ll get the most amazing views of Matterhorn and all the mountain ranges surrounding and I was in awe the whole time. 📍Ma
