What kind of person kicks a puppy that hard? This happened in Sudbury, Ontario. A man was caught on video booting his small dog. Neighbors also say he leaves the dog outside in the cold at night. Police have not acted yet. This puppy could have broken ribs or worse. Abuse on camera is never the worst of what’s happening behind closed doors.
