A lot of times, we don’t just feel fear… we fear the experience of fear itself. And that’s what keeps us stuck. Because fear, on its own, isn’t dangerous. It’s just a sensation moving through your body. But when you resist it, avoid it, and try to escape it, that’s when it becomes overwhelming. What if the goal isn’t to get rid of fear, but to stop being afraid of feeling it? To let fear in without abandoning yourself in it.
