I have finished winterizing The People’s Patch today. It has 5 beds and a 35’ Wall-O-Food vertical garden. I cleaned out the beds and tested ph. They were perfect at 6.5 with one being 6.0. The 6.0 bed will probably get strawberries since they like it slightly acidic at 5.5-6.5. I’m going to overwinter the collards and kale. I have also finished all the FIG beds, 25 beds at 9 sites.
