🍪🧈 3-Ingredient Shortbread Cookies 🧈🍪 I make these when I want something buttery and simple, the kind of cookie that feels classic and comforting. They’re crisp, tender, and perfect with a quiet cup of tea. 😊 INGREDIENTS: Main Ingredients: - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 2 cups all-purpose flour DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Add the softened butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
