Here is another workout from the bi-weekly Senior Fitness class I teach. This is a class attended by women 60 with a focus of building strength through low impact resistance training. We begin with a 10 minute warm-up followed by a 35 minute circuit and end with 5 minute cool down stretching. Repeat each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for 4 rounds (40s on / 20s off x 4).
