@amandakenny87 3000 yard swim 3 mile run ✅ Today was a sad day… it was time to put away my @roka wetsuit for the season and swim without a wetsuit. 😫 Really unhappy about this because I honestly love my Roka Maverick X2 wetsuit! It’s really comfortable and it makes swimming so much easier with the extra buoyancy! 🙈 So without any extra buoyancy or hydrodynamic assistance from neoprene I did 3 laps at Lucky’s Lake (1.7 miles). Then followed by an easy 3 mile run with @haley_neuwirth 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼
