Drain and add to a baking sheet and mix in 1 tsp of olive oil. Bake at 180C until crispy (20 mins ish). Add to a bowl alongside 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 cup golden flaxseed and 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well. Add back into the baking tray and bake for 10 mins. Store in an airtight container in a cupboard. #saladbowl #veg
