The 1-step drill is best done with a few focus point in mind:(1) In the set-up of the drill, with the ball down, palm forward, the head outside of the arm/ball to reduce tension in the hand, create space, & place the eyes over;(2) utilize a forwards start moment to ensure the upswing is not pulled up;(3) the ball-side shoulder should move down with the downswing.
