Around 3:47 yesterday afternoon, deputies responded to a report of an armed carjacking on South Thompson Street, DeLand. The victim told deputies two masked suspects dressed in black pulled up beside him. One of the suspects pointed a gun at him, threatened to kill him, pistol-whipped him in the head and pulled him out of his black 2019 Chevrolet Corvette.
