Six-time Pro Bowl tight end George Kittle gets four years, $76.4 million tacked onto his existing contract, with $40 million of it guaranteed.

Tight end George Kittle, who was entering the final year of a deal he signed in 2020 with the 49ers, said Tuesday on the "Bussin' With The Boys" podcast that he signed a four-year, $76.4 million extension.

The 49ers disappointingly finished last in the NFC West with a 6-11 record, but Kittle was one of the team's few bright spots. The 31-year-old put forth a strong season with 78 catches for 1,106 yards and eight touchdowns across 15 games on his way to earning his sixth career Pro Bowl selection and second-team All-Pro honors.
