The Raiders are sticking with Gardner Minshew as their starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, coach Antonio Pierce said Wednesday.

Ridder replaced Minshew in the Raiders’ most recent game. He completed 11 of 16 passes for 74 yards and a touchdown in Las Vegas’ 41-24 loss at Cincinnati on Nov. 3. The Raiders signed Ridder off Arizona’s practice squad on Oct. 21 with Aidan O’Connell going on injured reserve with a broken thumb.

Gardner Minshew will remain the Las Vegas Raiders’ quarterback when they visit the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Antonio Pierce announced.

Luckily for Miami, they face a lackluster Las Vegas Raiders team in Week 11. The Raiders have struggled to do anything well. They beat the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 and it's been all downhill from there. With only two wins, the Raiders are more likely to wind up with the first overall pick than a playoff spot at this point.
