OAK PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- The village of Oak Park released bodycam video of a shooting that killed police Detective Allan Reddins late last year. The video may be disturbing to some.

Detective Allan Reddins was killed in the line of duty on Nov. 29. He joined the Oak Park Police Department in 2019 after serving for two years as a Metra police officer.

Oak Park residents continued to honor Detective Reddins with memorials. A candlelight vigil took over the courtyard at Village Hall, located at 123 Madison St., on Friday, Dec. 6.
