California Gov. Gavin Newsom has made several comments about President Donald Trump's ties to Jeffrey Epstein, as the president seeks to shut down questions about the issue.

Trump said that the project that has been led by Newsom has cost taxpayers billions of dollars and nothing has come out of it.

During his remarks at a press briefing today, California Governor Gavin Newsom shamed President Trump over his administration's mass deportations. Newsom stated, "That's Trump's America."

Rumor had it that Newsom was a running-mate contender for Kamala Harris in 2024. And before Harris locked up the nomination upon President Joe Biden’s exit from the race, Newsom had been floated as a Biden replacement once it became increasingly clear that the former president was not going to be able to finish his campaign.

"Maybe we'll do it here in California," he said of Trump's mandate that Texas Republicans redistrict to win five more GOP seats.
