This year marks the 10th consecutive Pinstripe Bowl featuring a Big Ten team. It's also the first matchup between the Huskers and Eagles.

The Nebraska football team will head to New York for its first bowl game since 2016. As announced on Sunday, the Huskers will play the Boston College Eagles at Yankee Stadium in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl. That game will be played on Dec. 28 with kickoff slated for 11 a.m. (CT) on ABC.

For the first time in nearly a decade, the Nebraska Cornhuskers are heading to a bowl game. It’s a moment worth celebrating for a program that has seen its share of struggles, but it’s also an opportunity to reflect on what got them here.
