President-elect Donald Trump has asked a court to dismiss the criminal case against him related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

The president-elect’s attorneys argued in a court filing Wednesday that the charges against him are unconstitutional now that he will be returning to the White House next month.
