Panthers head coach Dave Canales didn't have much to say about a Friday report that the Vikings have inquired about trading for wide receiver Adam Thielen.

As first reported by ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter on Friday morning, the Minnesota Vikings have inquired on trading for Panthers receiver Adam Thielen. Canales was asked about the rumor during his press conference this afternoon, and deferred that talk to the front office and general manager Dan Morgan.

Dave Canales admitted that the Panthers were unable to decide when the final whistle blew about their kicker. He said in the postgame presser that he'd make a decision tomorrow, but as of now, nothing's set in stone. He liked what both kickers brought to the table, but it remains to be seen which one will get the job.
