Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Ajax defender Borna Sosa to finally provide some competition for Tyrick Mitchell at left-back. Sosa, 27, will hope to recapture the form he showed during five seasons at Stuttgart, where he established himself as one of the best attacking full-backs in Germany.

Sosa, who is Palace's second signing of the summer after goalkeeper Walter Benitez, will bring energy, creativity and a hunger to rediscover his best football at a club that's taken many a full-back into their hearts.

Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Borna Sosa from Ajax. The 27-year-old left-back has joined Palace in a £2million move and underwent his medical on Monday. He has signed a three-year deal with the club.
