Search crews returned Monday to the frigid waters of the Ambrose Channel near Staten Island, New York, for a missing person who was aboard a boat that overturned a day earlier, killing three people and injuring two others.

A boat capsized Sunday in a busy shipping channel between Staten Island and Queens, and the U.S. Coast Guard says it's still looking for a missing passenger. Police say five other people were pulled from the water.
