As crews search for missing people after flash floods killed at least 120 in Texas, cities across the U.S. grapple with rising flood waters.

At least 129 people are dead from the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country. Kerr County was hit the hardest, with at least 103 deaths, including 36 children. President Donald Trump signed a disaster declaration for the county and the Federal Emergency Management Agency is on the ground there.

Emergency crews were able to resume some recovery efforts after being forced to suspend search operations in Kerr County, Texas, on Sunday, as the area hit hardest by catastrophic flash flooding earlier this month faced a renewed flood threat.
