The deposition drama reportedly continues. The ongoing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has seen some major developments as of late. Back in June, a judge tossed out Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit against Lively,

Blake Lively has been granted a protective oder ahead of her deposition, which is set for July 17. Lively and Baldoni's trial is set for March 2026 in New York, and attorneys for both Lively and Baldoni have indicated that they plan to testify during the proceedings.

On Monday, Judge Lewis J. Liman granted Lively's request in documents obtained and reviewed by Entertainment Weekly. Per the ruling, Lively may choose the space of her deposition but must make arrangements for Baldoni's legal team to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents throughout.
