Novak Djokovic defeated Flavio Cobolli 6-7 (6), 6-2, 7-5, 6-4 on Wednesday to reach his 14th Wimbledon semifinal, breaking a tie with Roger Federer for the most among men in tournament history.

Novak Djokovic may not have the serve-and-volley chops of Roger Federer, but he threatens to eclipse him as the most accomplished player in Wimbledon history.

The win marked the 16th time Djokovic has moved into the quarterfinals at Wimbledon. The event has been his second-best Grand Slam over his career. Djokovic has seven wins at Wimbledon, and has played in the final at the event in each of the last six Wimbledons.
