The trial has begun of 10 people who are accused of robbing Kim Kardashian at gunpoint a hotel in Paris in 2016.The reality TV star and business woman was tied up and held at gunpoint in a luxury suite where she was staying during Paris Fashion Week.

Yunice Abbas was the first defendant questioned Tuesday in the trial in connection with the 2016 robbery during which the reality star was held at gunpoint.

Ten suspects will stand trial for the heist beginning April 28, 2025, in the Paris Court of Appeal. Selection for the six jurors began on the first day of proceedings, NBC News reported. The trial is expected to end with a verdict on May 23.
