A BMW allegedly sped on an exit ramp before hitting a concrete bridge pillar downtown Tuesday. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Police Department says one person was killed early Tuesday after crashing off the side of an exit ramp. Police say that around 12:50 a.m. on Dec. 16, a driver in a gray BMW 230i was driving on the exit ramp from eastbound I-670 to southbound 71 Highway.
