Florida Highway Patrol says a chaotic scene played out on Alligator Alley in Collier County Saturday afternoon, with at least 25 high performance cars and a helicopter. Troopers called it a "street takeover."

Several people were standing outside of their cars while a bright green sports car did donuts leaving thick smoke and a visible haze in the area.

A street takeover with luxury cars on I-75 Saturday spawned multiple traffic stops, including one driver who was clocked at more than 140 miles per hour.
