The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office made a second arrest in the killing of a Hialeah man whose body was found in a recycling bin in Redland.

MNPD reports that officers responded to the area after witnesses reported the shooting between two vehicles.

A local non-profit said the woman had been homeless and was seeking warmth in her vehicle after running out of gas.
