A "human skin" teddy bear found outside a gas station in Victorville over the weekend but it turned out to be a practical joke, according to authorities.

Authorities have arrested the man who allegedly left a "macabre teddy bear" at a Victorville gas station over the weekend, prompting unnecessary calls for emergency service.

A 23-year-old Victorville man was arrested after what appears to be a prank gained national attention. ABC7 spoke to the artist who created the bear.
