Chapman returns to the team in the midst of their worst stretch of the season. The Giants went 9-14 without Chapman in the lineup, and they’ve lost eight of their last 11 games. Their recent skid includes being swept by the Miami Marlins at home, as well as losing two of three to the Chicago White Sox.
