The man who threw a sex toy onto the floor of a WNBA game has been identified by authorities on Thursday morning, August 21. A sex toy was thrown onto the floor of the Barclays Center during an August 5 game between the New York Liberty and the Dallas Wings.

Charles Burgess pleaded not guilty after voluntarily surrendering to New York authorities in connection with the August incident.

Police in New York have arrested a man who allegedly hit a 12-year-old girl with a sex toy during a WNBA game earlier this month. He was arrested on on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
