LeBron James recently played his first game of his 23rd season in the NBA, adding another notch to his belt as the first player in league history to do so. Set to turn 41 at the end of December, the King didn't show any signs of slowing down as he amassed 11 points and 12 assists in his season debut for the Los Angeles Lakers.

LeBron James, who obviously debated as the best player to ever play the sport, is known to have taken a liking and respect to Izzo, and he showed it again earlier this week. James posted a picture of Izzo on his Instagram story with the quote, "IZZO FRESH TO DEATH!!"
