Meta Platforms Inc. has agreed to a deal worth at least $10 billion with Alphabet Inc.’s Google for cloud computing services, according to people familiar with the matter, part of the social media giant’s spending spree on artificial intelligence.

A report stated that Meta has signed a new deal with Google to use its cloud-based services for the next six years.

The agreement is a big win for Google, which still ranks behind Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure in terms of cloud market share.
