Vanderbilt coach Mark Byington is committed to renewing the basketball series against Memphis. Byington stated that teams within Tennessee should compete against each other annually. The Commodores will travel to Memphis for the first game of the renewed series.

"Every basket was tough to get. The fans were crazy. It was a fun time watching that rivalry. Hopefully, we’ll get it back to that level."

While I'm betting on Memphis to cover this big spread, I still think Louisville is the far better team and will get the win at home.
