Double Olympic mountain bike champion Tom Pidcock has joined Swiss outfit Q36.5 Pro on a three-year contract after announcing his departure from Ineos Grenadiers at the end of the season, the Briton said on Friday.

Double Olympic gold-medallist Tom Pidcock is to leave cycling team INEOS Grenadiers at the end of this season. The 25-year-old, INEOS’ highest-paid rider, had publicly expressed his frustration with the team in October.

Tom Pidcock has signed a three-year deal with Q36.5 after the double Olympic champion’s departure from Ineos Grenadiers. Pidcock and Ineos agreed to end his long-term contract by mutual consent this week after a campaign in which the rider clashed regularly with the team.
