The Old Farmer’s Almanac expects December in the Northeast is to be cold and snowy. From December 1–17, there will be snowy periods and temperatures will get very cold. From December 18–21, it should be sunny but still cold. From December 22–31, snow showers are expected and it will stay very cold, the publication said.
