The man charged in a deadly road rage shooting was denied bond Monday. Joel Moreno Cobo is charged with 2nd degree murder, after allegedly shooting and killing a well-known DJ in Tampa. Dedrick Sykes, known as DJ Shy Guy, was shot and killed in the incident.
