The current forecast has the storm sideswiping eastern parts of Connecticut, but it's trajectory remains unknown.

A massive winter storm has disrupted swaths of the U.S., dropping snow, freezing roads and causing thousands of flight cancellations and power outages.

Actual temperatures will be near zero across much of the state, and wind chills will drop as low as 10 to 20 degrees below zero.

It's possible another storm will hit Connecticut this weekend, through it's still too far out for meteorologists to be sure of what conditions may look like.

According to the latest totals from the National Weather Service, current as of 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, Lexington saw 5.5 inches of snow over the weekend, while Louisville got 5.9 inches.
