A man has died after a shooting Sunday night in Burnsville, police said. Officers responded to the shooting around 10:38 p.m. on Sunday in a parking lot near Andrews Pointe Townhomes and East 117th Street. They found a man who had been shot and first responders brought him to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
