TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — A pack of stray dogs has been attacking and killing pets in Tupelo, leaving local pet owners worried. Residents in the Joyner and Bel Air neighborhoods reported that the dogs are bold and aggressive, with several cats killed in recent weeks.
The tiny carcasses were discovered during a routine beach survey by the Beaches Sea Turtle Patrol in Atlantic Beach, just east of Jacksonville.
