Packers running back Josh Jacobs is taking some time off from practice to get the swelling down in his injured knee.
The Green Bay Packers (9-3-1) are dealing with 17 players on the injury report, including Josh Jacobs, ahead of their Sunday, Dec. 14 matchup versus the Denver Broncos (11-2) at Empower Field at Mile High, which kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET.
When Jacobs crossed the goal line on a 2-yard touchdown run with 3:32 remaining, he had pushed his game totals to 86 yards on 20 carries, and Green Bay was on its way to a 28-21 victory that put the Packers into first place in the NFC North.
