The judge who presided over the California tax fraud case against Hunter Biden called out the president for mischaracterizing and minimizing the charges against his son in announcing why he was pardoning him.

Two days after President Biden issued a blanket pardon to his son Hunter Biden, the younger Biden's federal gun case has been terminated by the judge overseeing the case.

Hunter Biden could have faced up to 25 years in prison, though as a first-time offender he likely would have gotten far less time or avoided prison entirely.
