Dick Vitale became emotional Saturday night while talking about his most recent cancer battle while announcing top-ranked Duke's 73-62 victory over No. 13 Louisville in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament championship.

The Duke-Louisville showdown was the final game on his docket for this season, though. As the final minute ran down, Vitale got emotional about his burshes with cancer.

As the final minutes of the broadcast ticked down, Vitale broke down in tears while reflecting on his four-year battle and what the return to ESPN meant for him.
