Mitchell Tinsley won’t be denied. But Williams is an especially tough cut to make. He’s the perfect example of adding to the roster well. The Bengals nabbed him on the waiver wire last year and he played himself onto the roster, showing well on special teams returns, too. Other teams will have an interest.

For the next two days, Cincinnati Bengals director of personnel Duke Tobin and head coach Zac Taylor will finalize their roster. The NFL mandates each team cut their roster down to 53 players by 4 p.m. ET on Aug. 26.
