Atmospheric rivers soaking the West Coast this week, including flood-weary Washington state
After last week's record river flooding in Washington state, more atmospheric rivers are taking aim at the West Coast this week, set to bring heavy rain, mountain snow to Oregon and California, too.
Oregon is in for several days of heavy rain, strong winds and rising rivers as two atmospheric river surges push across the state through midweek.
